"I'm not gonna tweet him now that he has a girlfriend," Vic told us at the time. "That's just weird!" Well now that Joe's single, it looks like he's back to his flirty ways with Victoria. Recently, he's been tweeting Victoria Justice cute messages and jokes. Sadly for Joe, Victoria has a BF! And what about Demi, is she jealous Joe's moving on?
