Even though her BF Liam Hemsworth received the Breakthrough Award at the JC Penny sponsored awards gala, Miley was nowhere to be seen. Gossips wondered if it was because her ex, Nick Jonas, was on hand to receive Artist of the Year? Also surprising, Justin Bieber who had been scheduled didn't show up.
