It's true! The Biebs himself tweeted to fans recently. "I'm not shaving for a month. So you all can see my mustache. I'm pumped." Hmmm, maybe Justin inspired by other celeb 'stach fans like Miley and Victoria to make the big (facial) hair change. Here's hoping it won't cover up his cute face too much!
