Are Avan and Victoria dating?

At her recent 18th birthday party, Victoria was spotted chatting with Nick Jonas and the Sprouse twins. But guests at the party couldn't help but notice the one guy who was at her side the entire night was her Victorious costar Avan. this wasn't the first time we'd heard rumors that these two were secretly a couple, so we went right to Victoria to get an answer. She tells M, "I know it's a rare situation, having a guy and girl be so close, just as friends, but that's me and Avan!" Vic also added she sees Avan as more of a brother than BF, and there you have it!
