Did Joe cheat on Demi on the Camp Rock 2 set?

I was lucky enough to visit the Camp Rock 2 set last October. While chilling behind the scenes, I glanced to my right and saw Joe joking around with a girl that wasn't Demi! (Relax, they weren't dating then!) The mystery girl was Camp Rock 2 dancer Courtney Galiano, who everyone said was dating Nick at the time, but sources tells me they were just friends. A little friendly flirting never hurt anyone- no big deal!
