Is Taylor Lautner going to Jail?

Taylor's is going to jail, but only for a movie the Twilight hottie is confirmed to be starring in the movie adaption of the popular book Incarceron, in which he plays a young man trapped in a prison in the future. In the movie, his love interest is the daughter of the prison's warden. If Taylor were in jail for real, we'd definitely have to plan his escape!
