These two can't seem to make up their mind on again/off again couple Miley and Liam are now off. "The writing is on the wall... they're not together," a source says. Rumors began spreading about the breakup after Liam was spotted at a party in Australia with another girl, and Miley's been seen hanging out with Victorious star Avan Jogia. It's still possible, though, that the couple could reunite.
