Justin Bieber's tattoo collection is growing again! The 18 year old singer got an owl inked on his left arm, right under his "Believe" tat. Justin wanted to make sure his fans were the first to see the fresh tattoo, so he tweeted an up close photo right away. What does it mean? An owl can symbolize wisdom, mystery or wealth. We'd say Justin has all the bases covered!
