Selena Gomez turns 21 on July 22nd, and she says that although they've been through ups and downs, Demi Lovato is def on the party list. "100 percent she's invited!" Selena reveals. "I grew up with Demi, I've known her since I was seven... we've had our distance and we've had our moments, but she's one person that I will always love and she'll always have a place in my heart. She better be at my party!"
