Is Miley replacing Demi on The X Factor?

Miley Cyrus is a hot commodity! At one point in time, both Demi Lovato and Miley were reportedly in talks to become the next X Factor judges. Demi ultimately ended up alongside another former Disney star, Britney Spears, but Miley claims she was never approached with an offer. However, Miley is also reportedly being considered as an American Idol judge along with Fergie, Nicki Minaj, and Nick Jonas.
