Is Kickin' It's Dylan Riley Snyder a minister?

When we visited the set of Disney XD's Kickin' It, we got to meet Dylan's sister Cassidy, and her new husband John. The newlyweds told us they had just gotten married, but we couldn't believe it when Dylan told us officiated the wedding! I guess Miley and Noah will know who to call if need a minister for upcoming nuptials!
