Did Dylan's hair almost cost him a movie role?

We can't wait to check out Dylan O'Brien's new flick The Maze Runner, but after his first audition, one major thing almost kept him from being cast-his hair! "I didn't hear back for like a month and a half because director Wes Ball was like, 'His hair to too MTV!' Then he saw a picture of me with a buzz cut and he brought me back and it worked," he shares. Good thing we think Dylan makes the perfect Thomas!
