Earlier this year, Justin and Taylor hit the studio together worked on a duet. We couldn't wait to hear their music together, but when Justin's new album, Believe, came out, we didn't hear Tay. What happened? "It didn't go on Believe because there's another record they want to work on," explains Justin's manager, Scooter Braun.
