Did Rachel Crow have to deal with "Mean Girls"?

We cannot stop listening to Rachel Crow's self titled EP. We especially love her empowering single "Mean Girls," so we had to ask Rachel if she ever experienced bullying in school. She tells Popstar! exclusively, "Yes, I was bullied. I overcame being bullied like I talk about in my song. I realized that kids bully because they feel bad and insecure about themselves. You have to rise about that and be strong and confident in yourself."
