Did Kesha diss Justin Bieber?

Justin and Kesha looked buddy/buddy at a recent awards show, but fans were shocked when Kesha dissed JB behind his back days later. When asked about meeting Justin, Kesha snapped, "He's such a tiny little baby! I would've love to push him around on stage in a carriage." Ouch! The comment was harsh, but Kesha quickly realized she was wrong. She tweeted, "Dear Justin B. I am so sorry if my bad joke has hurt your feelings. You are obviously so talented and I would never mean to offend you. I think you are rad." Luckily, Justin's a forgiving guy and he and Kesha are still buds- there's no hard feelings!
