Does 5SOS regret touring with 1D?

Now that 5 Seconds of Summer can headline their own super successful Rock Out with Your Socks Out Tour, the boys are often asked if they're embarrassed that they were once One Direction's opening act. The truth? They're actually proud of it! "Touring with those guys was such a good experience for our band," Luke Hemmings shares. "Coming from not really doing any shows to supporting arenas for those dudes was just incredible, especially progressing like that as a live band." The guys really got to see their hard work pay off when more and more 5SOS fans showed up to the concerts. "Doing all that touring and all that work, you could see it happen," Luke says. "People are wearing your shirts at the show and singing all of your songs even though it's not your show. That was a cool moment."
