Demi Lovato's on-again-off again relationship with former That 70's Show actor Wilmer Valderrama seems to be hotter than ever according to photos taken backstage at The X Factor. Not only did 32 year old Wilmer support his rumored girlfriend behind the scenes, he also took to twitter to voice his praise and support for CeCe Frey and Paige Thomas, two of the young adult finalists 20 year old Demi mentored on the show. "They really have always liked each other, have tons of respect for each other, are are still in love," a sour reveals.
