Kylie Jenner took to her Snapchat to get candid about an issue that's plaques her for years. "I've been bullied since I was 9 from the whole world, it feels like sometimes," she said in a video. "I think that I've done a really great job at handling all of this." But the truth is, Kylie isn't looking for sympathy. "This isn't a pity party," she explained.
