Do Harry and Niall think 5SOS is dirty?

Apparently, the 5 Seconds of Summer boys don't change their American Apparel underwear very often and Harry and Niall are disgusted by it! When 5SOS admitted to wearing the same underwear for three days or more on at least one occasion in a game of "Yes/No" on a radio show, the 1D duo called them "dirty boys." But Michael Clifford was quick to stick up for his fellow bandmates, saying, "When you're on tour, there is no way you change your underwear every day." Luke Hemmings was a bit more sarcastic, calling out Niall in a playful way: "Niall's like 'Irish people are so clean! Look how clean we are!"
