Country queen Taylor Swift stopped by New York Hospital Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center to goof off with Shelby Huff, a beautiful teen who's diagnosed with aplastic anemia. As Taylor was sitting down to hang with Shelby, she noticed our Celebrity Spectacular posters hanging on Shelby's walls! Taylor jumped off the bed to copy Ross' "teen idol" pose and had Shelby cracking up. Tay's sweet and silly-what an angel!
