Austin and Ally heartthrob Ross Lynch is well known of his floppy blonde hair, and it turns out there's one special lady who's responsible for it his mother, Stormie! "My mom does my hair especially for photo shoots and stuff," Ross tells J-14. "She's like my stylist, basically." So how long does it take to get Ross' tresses in tip top shape? "It takes her 10 or 15 minutes," Ross shares. "i can trust my mom 100% when it comes to my hair."
