Does R5 have a crazy backstage ritual?

When some of the M staff caught R5's amazing NYC concert on their LOUD tour, one thing was clear they have so much awesome energy while they're performing on stage! So, how does the group get so pumped up before a big show? "I basically just go crazy," Ross Lynch dishes.
