Are Victoria and Cole Sprouse dating?

Victoria and Cole may not be dating, but Vic does admit that there's always been some sparks between the two of them. "My first kiss was Cole Sprouse when were 11 or 12 for a TV show. We joke that we're soul mates and it should've worked out," she reveals with a big smile on her face. For now they're both officially single, but they may still have a future together!
