Her older sister Kendall is already living her dream as a model, and at 17 year old, Kylie Jenner has decided to pursue her own teenage dream! "She wants to be a singer!" an inside source reports. "Kylie is working on her first single. She's telling everyone that she's going to be the next Katy Perry."
