Even though pop icon Katy Perry is off the market (she's dating singer John Mayer), Harry Potter's Daniel Radcliffe still has a unconditional crush on her. Daniel was actually intimidated the first time he saw Katy. "I was across a room from her and I was like, 'I just can't even say anything," he explains. Katy called him out, saying, "This isn't the third grade. Just ring me, Daniel. Don't be shy!" She then added, "He's cool and I'd like to get to know him."
