Did Justin propose?

Immediately after their breakup, rumors surfaced that Justin asked Selena to marry him not once, but twice! The gossiper who reported the story said Selena turned Justin down the first time he proposed, but she told him to wait a few months before he asked again. When Justin tried again, Selena said no a second time. Hmm...this rumor sounds fishy to us. Justin has always said he wants to get married young, but he's never mentioned wanting to be a teenage groom!
