Does this Shake It Up star now have some permanent ink on her right ankle? Nope. We spotted Bella Thorne at this year's Coachella music festival in Indio, California, one of the hottest music events in the world, sporting a few adorable (and totally temporary) tattoos. Tattoo rumors swirled worldwide when pics of Bella rocking cute popsicles and the words "be happy" on her ankle went viral. Bella confirmed herself the rumor isn't true. She doesn't have any permanent ink!
