Are Lea and Kim secret twins?

Twitter drama is so last season- right now, it's all about Twitter kindness! Take this recent exchange between Glee's Lea Michele and Kim Kardashian for example: It all started with Lea tweeting the pic of herself to the the left along with the message, "Kim Kardashian, is it just me or do we kinda look alike in this pic?" Kim shot right back, saying, "Twins! If only I was so lucky." To which Lea replied, "Haha if only I was so lucky." Compliments all around!
